PPA158 Color Challenge Card

Time for Pals Paper Art Color Challenge...this time it is using the colors Lucky Limeade, Summer Starfruit, and Pool Party.  This is what I came up with.  I stamped the butterflies with the Pool Party but on to the Summer Starfruit the ink turns more of a green.  Of course by now, the Lucky Limeade is being retired so this is the last of it for now so if it is still available in any form get it now before it sells out.  Meaning card stock, ink pads, reinkers, brads, ribbon, etc.

When we go to Stampin Up events, like regionals (like this SLC regional) and convention, we swap cards with others. This is a card that I made for give.  And I used the Delicate Details Lace Tape that I just love so well too.

SUDSOL SLC Regional swap card

I love doing swap cards and this is one I did for SUDSOL at the SLC regional (at the home office of Stampin Up) on April 20.  There is to be 13 different members of SUDSOL there and we are swapping cards with each other.  Now I have a few extras so they will go to anyone that might still end up swapping or will swap out with people that I meet along the way....

PPA157 Card Sketch challenge

Challenge time again with Pals Paper Art Sketch challenge PPA157.  Today I am one the road to Salt Lake City...Saturday is the first time ever home office regional and I get to get my own copy of the new Stampin Up Catalog...so it will be a fun time to see all the new stuff and to bring home some of those items too! 

I really like the way this card turned out and the way the oval looks.  I used our Stampin Up Write markers to apply color to the stamp, blue and then the green. Inking only the parts of the image as needed.  Breathe onto the inked image to remoisten the ink before stamping onto card stock.

Stamping my life away or is it all about flowers?

Three cards today for you all...same type, just different colors...working my way thru my card stock and using up soon to be retired card stock...

Last night I was looking thru the web to see if I could find another challenge and I found one at Paper Craft Crew with their PCCCS#37.  I made up two cards using the great Stampin Up Print Poetry DSP Stack, what a great value and a great way to make up alot of cards.  I hope you enjoy both of them....

She made me do it....

 

 

Yes, she made me do it...I had bought the Delicate Designs Embossing Folders (you get 2 different ones) and never had made a card let with them.  And this fellow demo on facebook had posted a photo of a card she had done with the folder...so I decided I had better go pull it out and make a card and here it is...

It is also a sketch challenge card with Creat with Connie and Mary, CCMC247.  I really like how this card came out, might just have to make some more like it.....
