This card was a fast card to make once I figured out how I wanted to full in the balloons. I wanted to watercolor them in with ink reinkers but ended up using Stampin Up Write Markers after I embossed the balloons. I love punching just the corners with this corner punch and finished off with the birthday saying and punch out.
Card stock Whisper White, Certainly Celery, So Saffron
Write Markers, your choice of colors
Ink pad for saying only Basic Black
VersaMark for embossing, Heat tool, Gold Embossing powder
Punches Scallop Trim Corner, Modern Label
Stamp Set Occasional Quotes, Clear Block G, Crazy for Cupcakes
