So much happening today...I get my preorder for my summer mini supplies today by way of the UPS person! But wanted to do this challenge for Picture Perfect Creations this morning. So look for lots of new stuff to be coming. This card was fun to do. We was to only use three colors, Tempting Turquoise, Chocolate Chip and Very Vanilla. Opps will have to add more later on how to do this flower, have to go help a sick child for a bit.....Barb
Okay...I am back..this card uses Eastern Blooms stamp set and the Thank you Kindly stamp set. All three colors are used in cardstock and Stampin Pad, also used one Tempting Turquoise brad. Punches Extra Large Fancy Flower, Scallop Oval, and Wide Oval. To make the flower, I punched out 5 of the fancy flower punch in Very Vanilla, inked the edges front and back with a cotton ball. Then put the brad thru and started playing with the edges, roughing them up. After I was happy with the flower and had stamped the branch, then I did a hole in the Chocolate Chip layer and added the flower with the brad attached into. I had never done one of these flowers before and just started to play with it.
