This is a simple card that anyone can do....what I like best about this card is that it can be used on Fathers Day or any time you want to send some love out to a Dad.   Simple as the men in my life don't like anything that might be too girly, so I used no ribbon...and I had just gotten the Uncharted Territory stamp set so I thought I would try that.

I have been very busy with a little boy and has not had time to post so I decided today I would at least start posting the photos of cards I have finished...

SP Color Combo #96 Color Challenge card

Today I decided to play with the color challenge from SP Color Combo #96, using Baja Breeze, Always Artichoke, and Old Olive.  I am still working thru the new stamps from the new mini catty coming out on May 1, check out these cool kid stamps. When I saw these, I thought of my two nephews, Robert and Scott.

Sneak Peek....Best Dad Ever card

Was playing with the stamps and ink again...trying something different...I took the tie stamp and inked it up with the VersaMark and then with two different ink pads, using a cotton ball applied ink to the stamp and then stamped the image. I wanted a two tone look and I like it.  You could do with without the VersaMark but it seems to help with keeping the ink a bit wetter.

PPA89 Fashion Inspiration - Flowers

I have been playing again with my cardstock and stamps...all Stampin Up....and a Sneek Peek at some new products from Stampin Up in the Summer Mini Catalog coming out May 1. For this card I am playing with the Pals Paper Arts for PPA89....Fashion Inspiration of Flowers and I thought this would be great as I would love a little motor bike like this to go geocaching around the countryside....my nephew Scott is into Geocaching and I take him out as he is only 8 years old.  I had bunches of fun Friday making cards and you will see more to come...

Memorial Day Weekend Bloghop

With only three colors, Red Red, Night of Navy, Whisper White.  I just got all the goodies to make this card, the stamp set July Fourth-new in the Summer Mini, The embossing brass template-Punches Plus, and the two star punches. Also used was the stamp set Teeny Tiny Wishes and 1/4 in real red grossgrain ribbon.
